Shopify Store Build: Set up the entire Shopify store from scratch — selecting and customizing a premium theme that aligns with Nation Ten's bold brand identity. Built out the full navigation with Home, Shop, About, and Contact sections.
Product Catalog Setup: Organized the product line into collections, uploaded high-quality product images, wrote SEO-friendly descriptions, and configured variants (sizes, colors) with proper inventory tracking.
Performance Optimization: Compressed all product images, enabled lazy loading, minimized CSS/JS, and optimized the Shopify theme's Liquid templates for speed. Configured Shopify's global CDN for maximum delivery performance.
Mobile-First Design: Ensured every page — from product listings to checkout — renders flawlessly on phones and tablets. Added touch-friendly navigation, sticky add-to-cart buttons, and optimized the mobile checkout flow.
SEO & Analytics: Implemented structured data for product pages, optimized meta titles and descriptions, set up Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for tracking, and configured sitemap submission to search engines.
